We're currently seeking a senior accountant & an entry level accountant
Senior Accountant
Because of your experience, you'll coordinate client service teams and serve as the primary face of Crane & Bell at your clients; supervise and train staff; provide critical value-added consulting and tax planning services to clients; prepare and review individual, business, and non-profit tax returns; oversee business, municipal and non-profit organization reviews and compilations; and work directly with the Partners in areas of new client development, areas of specialization, and firm management.
In short, we're looking for an individual who seeks to become a partner in our firm and who will display an attitude of ownership from the start.
If you have 3-5 years in Public Accounting and a
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Accounting
- Software Package Experience (UltraTax, GoFund, QuickBooks)
- Problem-Solving Mindset
- Strategic Way of Viewing Issues
- Team Orientation
- Consultative Style
- CPA or a Desire to Earn a CPA
- Desire to Become a Partner
