When you sign up for our OnTrak service, we'll examine your financial records on an agreed upon interval, be it monthly, quarterly, or every four or six months.

You can make an educated guess and even err on the side of conservatism, but what happens if you're wrong?
Timely and accurate financial reports solve the problem. But we look deeper. We ask why the financial reports aren't always current. Sometimes it's because the software is cumbersome or because you're not aware of some of the software's features. Other times it's the way you were trained and how the information was passed on to you. After all, if your sole instruction is "I don't know why we do it this way, we just do," it's difficult to have confidence in what you're doing.

Fees. Our fees are based on the time it takes to perform the service and on the experience level of the people providing the service. We will provide you with an estimate in advance. In addition, good internal controls and solid bookkeeping of day-to-day transactions on your part will save you money.
